Simona graduated from the University of Economics in Prague in 1999, specializing in business management and financial accounting. Two years later, she received a Tax Consultant Certificate from the Czech Chamber of Tax Advisors. Between 2010 and 2012 she studied at TC Business School and in October 2012 she defended her MBA.

 

Prior to founding FACTA in 2005, she worked as a Tax Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where as a Tax Audit Manager she was responsible for compliance projects primarily for automotive and pharma clients.

 

Simona has extensive experience in tax optimization and representation of clients during tax audits, mergers and acquisitions, lectures and business process management, which she acquired as the Chief Financial Officer of a strategic marketing agency and also with her own clients. Today she manages the ECOVIS FACTA accounting and tax office and is responsible for management.

 

Simona is also involved in non-profit activities. Since 2012, she has been the chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of the Museum Kampa - Jan and Meda Mládek Foundation, where she significantly participates in the Foundation’s supervisory activities.

 

Simona loves to move, and when she is not devoting her time to two growing boys and husband, she relaxes in the hot rom at Bikram yoga.
